A day in the life – May 10th (homeland)

We finally reached home again today. The mission trip was great and hugely enjoyable, but as with all ventures in any timescale, it’s impossible to escape the beckon of home, the familiar, and the life where you truly belong. Nothing noteworthy happened on the journey back, apart from the usual blend of relentless slander and sweaty annoyance.

I’d like to give a complete synopsis of everything the trinity showed me, but that’s impossible at this stage. I’ll try to do this over the next few days, with these posts and photos. However, I think the main revelation is that nothing has the power to distract us from his presence, because Jesus is within every created thing. “For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.” (Romans 11:36)
